Cake Care

To ensure a tasteful experience:

1. When traveling make sure items are placed on a flat leveled surface, NOT on the car seat.

2. While driving please think about driving home a newborn, speeding, sharp turns, and sudden stops are not your friend.

3. Cakes are best kept in cool temperatures. Buttercream will NOT hold up in warm temperatures.

4. Outside events are not suitable for buttercream cakes. However, in the event the cake will be sitting outdoors, please keep it out of direct sunlight.

5. It’s best to keep cakes refrigerated until set up.

6. Give cakes at least 30 minutes to come to room temperature before serving.

7. If you are lucky to have any leftovers, they are good for up to 3 days.

8. Freezing leftovers is possible if covered completely and sealed. Plastic and/or foil works well.

9. To thaw, take out of the freezer in the morning and let it thaw completely undisturbed. Enjoy by the end of day.
